Appointment Patient Information
We are delighted to announce that we are able to re-open our office as of May 18,2020.
We have implemented many new policies with guidance from the CDC, Maryland Department of Health, Maryland Board of Dental Examiners. One of the new policies will effect our check-in process.
We will require patients to either text our office by replying from a confirmation/cancellation message previously received or to call from a cell phone to let us know when you have arrived in our parking lot for an appointment. When an assistant or hygienist is ready to seat you in a room, our front desk staff will call or text you to ask a few health screening questions while you remain in your vehicle. Once the health evaluation is complete and satisfactory our front desk staff will inform you when to leave your vehicle and make your way to the front door. The assistant or hygienist will then meet you at the front door to take your temperature and escort you to a room as long as the temperature is within normal limits.

**** We would ask that all patients wear a face mask while entering or exiting the front doors for patient and staff safety along with adhering to social distancing requirements.
Infection Control Procedure:
At this time have decided to temporarily implement a new procedure due to the increase in cost of PPE (personal protective equipment). There will an $18.00 infection control fee for each patient per visit to help cover some of these additional costs.
We would like to assure all of our patients that we are doing everything we can to provide the highest level of safety for all patients and staff. From all of our doctors and staff we thank you very much for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
